March 15, 2002, Newsletter Issue #37: Snackosaurus

Tip of the Week

Food can be fun and good for you! Fruit and vegetables have important vitamins. To make a good-to-eat dinosaur, you will need these things: a soft pear or a peeled banana, 8 round pieces of carrot, 4 1-inch celery sticks, 2 raisins.

Decide where the head is on the banana or pear. Push the raisins into the fruit for eyes. Push the celery sticks in for legs. Push the carrots in for plates like a stegosaurus.

Now you can eat your snackosaurus! Next time, try other fruits and vegetables.
