Tip of the Week

Magicians have been in demand thoughout history as both entertainers and wise men. If you learn to do some magic tricks, you will be studying history, science, and theater.

You can get books on magic tricks at your local library or bookstore. There are many good websites with photos and step-by-step instructions. Or visit a magic trick store for ideas, equipment, and instructions.

You can use magic to demonstrate science principles, tell about history, or make a splash in speech or language arts class.

Create a science fair project based on the science of a magic trick. You might win your science fair and you will certainly have fun doing it!
